Make a purchase with a DS Card
Only foreign delegations such as embassies, consulates, legations, and the like that have been issued a duty free card by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are exempted from specified consumption taxes.
For customers falling under this category, please present your duty free card and a completed "Certificate of Tax Exemption Purchase for Foreign Establishments" when making a purchase with WSI.
Minimum purchase amounts and tax exempt products are noted on each duty free card.
